

The projects listed below are the projects worked on in 2010. They are cited to show the kind of projects supported by Operation Crossroads Africa. The project roster is subject to change each year. Project assignments for 2011 will be made in March.
Ghana I:
Crossroaders were based in the village of Dafor in the Volta Region where they worked with the community on a variety of public health issues.
Ghana II:
Crossroaders worked in Tefle with an organization dedicated to the empowerment of women by promoting health, income generating projects and agricultural development.
Lesotho:
Crossroaders worked with the local high school in the village of ha Ntalama on a “winter school” project which provided tutorial and directed study support to students.
Togo:
Crossroaders worked with a local community organization that focuses on the involvement of women in development by promoting literacy, agriculture, and community engagement.
Uganda:
Crossroaders worked on the construction of facilities at a school for children with special needs in Mbale.
